HOME HEALTH CLINICAL MANAGER

Full Time Immediate Opportunity / Monday - Friday

Summary:
We are seeking a caring, motivated, energetic Clinical Manager to plan and coordinate the delivery of patient services, manage staffing levels and performance; supervise clinical and administrative staff; and promote customer and employee satisfaction. 

Qualifications:

• Ohio licensed Registered Nurse, Bachelors Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Three to Five years management experience.
• Home care or community health care experience a plus
• One year hospice, or end of life care, medical/surgical, mental health nursing   experience required.
• Experience working as part of a team and working effectively with persons and communities from diverse cultural, social, and ethnic backgrounds.  The ability to work in a complex institutional structure requiring significant collaboration. 
• Strong planning and organizational skills.  
• Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure, within strict time parameters, and with a strong attention to detail.
